Our Heritage

Baking with love in Fruit Cove.

At Gigi's Savory Kitchen, we blend slow-fermented French sourdough traditions with the vibrant, comforting flavors of my Filipino childhood home.

The Maker's Journey

Two worlds, one warm kitchen

Growing up, my kitchen was always filled with the sweet aroma of simmering ube halaya and the crisp crackle of hand-rolled lumpia. When I discovered the patient art of French sourdough, everything clicked.

Today, we bring these two culinary heritages together in St. Johns County, folding every batch of dough by hand and baking with the same patience passed down through generations.

Our Promise

We fold our dough by hand and sweeten our ube the traditional way—no shortcuts, just patience and a very hot oven.

Every loaf of our artisan sourdough undergoes a slow 24-hour fermentation, honoring the natural rhythm of wild yeast.
